Amber’s teaching is founded in her personal practice of yoga and meditation, and she is inspired to share the tools that have brought an immense amount of joy, equanimity, and compassion into her own life. Her creative classes provide a safe space to discover the wisdom within.
As an undergraduate at UCLA, Amber studied Sociology and was introduced to the ground-breaking work of the Mindful Awareness Research Center, under the guidance of the late social psychologist, Peter Kollock, PhD. She participated in coursework investigating mindfulness and how to integrate the practice into the fabric of our day-to-day lives.
Upon graduating, she sought out the path as a yoga teacher and has completed over 1000 hours of teacher training and certifications since. She has led public studio classes, corporate classes and large events for clients such as Urban Zen and Adidas. Amber also works one-on-one with private clients.
